All services are performed by qualified professionals in a clean, safe environment using high-quality products and equipment.

Booking and Appointments

Appointment Booking

• All appointments are subject to availability
• You must provide accurate contact information when booking
• Appointments are confirmed once you receive confirmation from us

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full service fee and may affect future booking privileges
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all clients.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments
• All prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable taxes
• Service prices may vary based on complexity and time required
• Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory
• Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion
